My work is consistently sociological in nature, showing personal narratives of woman in contemporary society. American Flag was originally part of an Art Installation. It focuses specifically on, American Culture. It showcases some uncomfortable and questionable social and cultural stereotypes, priorities, sexuality, and excepted gender roles, Restraints and Exploitations Women and Men face Daily.
American Flag is an experimental film, combining original footage with stock-footage clips from American Pop-Culture including: movies, films, music videos, television, sitcoms, propaganda, commercials, etc.
